80 Clarkson is a two-tower luxury residential development on the Hudson River waterfront in Manhattan’s West Village, containing 112 condominiums and more than 50,000 square feet of private amenities. Zeckendorf Development and Atlas Capital Group are the developers, COOKFOX Architects designed the limestone-clad towers, and The Office of Thierry W. Despont designed the interiors and amenity spaces.
The site’s location along the Hudson gives the residences sweeping river views and access to landscaped terraces that connect the two towers.
Arpa Flooring Design is executing the flooring installation throughout the residential development, delivering the precision, coordination and craftsmanship required across the building’s luxury residences.
