The Willow is a 19-story boutique residential development at 201 East 23rd Street in Manhattan, containing 69 luxury residences. Naftali Group developed the project, COOKFOX Architects designed the building, and Rockwell Group designed the amenity spaces.
The exterior — hand-laid red brick façade, arched windows and cast-stone detailing — is a nod to Gramercy’s historic architecture. Interiors are refined and contemporary.
